We have this recipe afterward our Thanksgiving dinner annually. I was looking for a similar recipe online and couldnt believe to be one, so I asked my mother to send it to me.

  1. 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach
  2. u00bd cup water
  3. u00bd cup butter
  4. 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  5. 1 (8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
  6. garlic powder, or to taste
  7. 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and halved
  8. u00bd cup bread crumbs
  9. 2 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces

The instruction how to make Spinach and Artichoke Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Put spinach into a microwave-safe bowl. Pour water over the spinach. Cover bowl tightly like plastic wrap.
